Did you know facial rollers and gua sha promote lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and improve skin texture, elasticity and tone? The cooling quartz stone is also great for a relaxing and gentle facial massage to help de-stress! These tools have been used in chinese beauty for centuries. Take your self-care to the next level and add these to your daily natural skincare routine.

Facial rollers gently massage the skin and in doing so stimulate blood flow.  This may help your skin look brighter and increase your glow. The gentle massage also stimulates the lymphatic system which assists with drainage to decrease puffiness. The relaxing and cooling effect of the rose quartz can provide a de-stress effect and may also lower cortisol levels and assist with headaches.

The benefits of these facial tools are temporary and need to be used consistently to maintain benefits over time.

Facial roller

Rose quartz maintains temperature naturally. We recommend storing your facial roller in the fridge before use for a cooler, soothing feel.

  1. Cleanse and tone your face.
  2. Apply your normal facial moisturiser, oil or serum to your face to ensure your face is lubricated to avoid tugging the skin.
  3. Start at your neck and roll upwards. It is best to roll upwards in one direction and not up and down.
  4. Roll from your jawline to your hairline.
  5. Roll from you forehead to you hairline.
  6. Roll flat along the brows.

Following use, wipe you facial roller and be sure to remove skincare product such as serum or oils. Gently rinse with tepid water and soap.
